Tourism and Legalization

The Department of Tourism and Legalization provides:

- Tourist services;

         - Visa support through the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to employees and invited persons of international organizations and other foreign missions accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as enterprises with foreign investments;

         - In the extension of valid visas in the Department of Migration and Registration of Citizenship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to invited persons of the diplomatic corps, international organizations and other foreign missions accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as enterprises with foreign investments;

         - Registration of temporary residence permit (registration) in the district departments of the Department of Migration and Citizenship of Tashkent and Tashkent region at the place of residence and invited persons of the diplomatic corps, international organizations and other foreign missions accredited in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as enterprises with foreign investments;

          - Deals with the purchase and booking of tickets for domestic and international flights for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, diplomatic missions, foreign enterprises, as well as other legal entities and individuals;

          - Assistance to legal entities and individuals of the Republic of Uzbekistan in obtaining entry visas to foreign countries.

          - Issues by booking and purchasing air tickets for domestic and international flights for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic missions, other legal entities and individuals.

          -The sale of air tickets in accordance with the rules, conditions and instructions governing the processing of documents, the application of tariffs, discounts and benefits established by Uzbekistan Airways JSC and other airlines.

          - Advises on prices, selects optimal routes, and issues confidential tariffs.

          - Accepts and processes applications, books air tickets (including electronic ones) for flights of Uzbek and international airlines.

- Issues a refund and exchange of air tickets.

 - When making transportation documentation, complies with visa and immigration rules and requirements of the countries through which air transportation is carried out, informs passengers about the conditions of return and penalties in case of ticket refund.
